Location
We are in the centre of Hove, two blocks from the seafront, one block from trendy
Church Road with its bistros and cafes, three minutes from Sussex Cricket Ground and
a short bus ride from Brighton Station.
Rooms
We can accommodate five adults or four adults and two children. All rooms have flat screen TV, broadband
internet access, crisp ironed linen, feather duvets, hairdryers and a generous hospitality tray for hot
drinks. Quirky artifacts, art books and luxurious small extras come as standard. There is a No Smoking and
no outdoor shoes in the house policy.

Bathroom facilities
The three rooms share a new travertine-clad bathroom with toilet, bath and separate large shower. There is a further mosaic-floored toilet on the same landing. We provide bathrobes for every guest.
Breakfast
Our breakfast is a healthy one. We use local free-range eggs, fresh fruit, yoghurt, croissants, freshly made bread & toast, fruit juice and cereals. A full English is also available. Breakfast is served between 7:30 and 9:00 am.
Arrival & Departure
We would ask guests to arrive after 16:00 on the first day and to vacate rooms by 10:30 on the last day of their stay.
Payment
Payment in full is required by bank transfer or by cheque in advance. Only this secures your room.
